About Finn
I'm Finn. I'm 19 years old and I study English Literature at UCL. I did well on my GCSEs and A-Levels but still found time to have hobbies and my own interests (I'm a musician, have a YouTube channel, make my own short films and play loads of video games), so I want to prove to you that exams are not the end of the world and you don't need to stress. Once you crack the code it's fine. I studied briefly at film school too and plan to go into film as a career so if you have any questions about applying for that profession etc. I might have some knowledge.

My lessons are for students studying either GCSE or A-Level English Literature. I was a top level student, scoring 100% on my English Literature A-Level and 8 and 9 for my English Language and English Literature respectively, and have been tutoring freelance for about a year. I will go through each different question type with a focus on exam technique, as well as making sure the student has a solid base-level understanding of each text. For example, I may go through a poem, while making notes with the student, and then plan an essay with them which they would complete for the next tutoring session. Lessons will typically last 30 mins to an hour, and consist of going through one or two practice questions or a piece of text.
