About Luciana
I am a Yoga Teacher, Ayurveda Consultant, and manual Therapist. I have been fortunate to acquire training and professional experience in various countries, starting with the cradle of these sciences: India. My purpose is to be a channel through which to assist others in reconnecting with their Inner Wisdom, taking integral responsibility for the course of their own lives. In our meetings, we work on creating space where our Inner wisdom can manifest itself. Being physical, mental, emotionally…
The practices have the following general structure:
- Intention
- Warm-up
- Work of asanas/postures chosen according to specific concepts of the meeting (either by physical criteria by muscle group, bhavas/attitudes to develop, chakras to work, etc ...). It works both stretching and strengthening.
- Stretching
- Relaxation
- Variables: breathing, meditation, mudras, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda counseling ...
* Although we have a general structure, it is worth clarifying that the practices are adapted to the particular needs of each individual/group and the circumstances and energy of the day.
Due to this flexibility, no prev experience is required. :)
