Just wanted to say again a big thank you to Nacera for being such a wonderful cook
I took some cooking lessons with her she showed me how to make a yummy dish called Tagine of lamb and green olives full of flavour (we used some Algerian/Moroccan spices as well as fresh safran) this is just one of the tasty dishes the list is long
Nacera is a very nice,tidy and organised lady who enjoys cooking and sharing her skills.
