About Shannon
I have experience tutoring at all levels (K-University), as well as completing translation work and working as a research assistant for university professors.
I speak French and English fluently and have studied Latin, Ancient Greek and Spanish.
My undergraduate degree is in Medieval and Early Modern Studies with specializations in Art History, Classics, English, and Modern History.
Currently I am completing my Master's in History.

I believe every student deserves individual attention. Being able to work with you one on one helps me better understand your strengths and vulnerabilities and adapt a flexible approach tailored to your needs and goals.
I prefer for students to provide examples of work they have submitted, or descriptions of assignments they intend to submit, so we can work together on making sure your tutoring sessions are personalized and practical.
I encourage open communication and collaborative work on self generated assignments in our time together, and based on specific needs I am happy to provide additional materials or recommendations for your work.
