About Amanda
I'm an engineering student, and as that's an investment in itself I believe proper health and nutrition are our biggest investment and payoff in life. I started weight training my senior year of high school and a year and a half ago expanded into cardio routines; I even tried MMA fighting. Along that ride, I manage what I eat as well. I have created whole and healthy recipes for myself in the past 4 years that taste great. I love to cook.

My teaching approach is to explain the method behind the madness. I want to know what you are comfortable doing, enjoy, and what makes you feel motivated. I want to set you up for success by supplying specific work out plans for you. We can work together to find what schedule it best suited for you.
