Developing tactical precision provides the best satisfaction in this game. Coaching chess online and in-person across Canberra represents my core professional commitment. Over 14 years of experience, I have helped 300 students refine their play. My approach demands systematic improvement for consistent FIDE rating growth. International Master title competition requires extreme discipline and preparation. I find it rewarding to witness students translate this rigor into actual board results. Seeing that sudden clarity when a player finally grasps a complex position makes the work worthwhile.

About the lesson

Neglecting king safety or defensive technique often ruins a strong position for you. You deserve a clear path to mastery through focused opening repertoire building and endgame technique. I utilize my IM background to provide a custom repertoire built specifically for you. These sessions incorporate pattern recognition to sharpen your attacking play and piece coordination. Competitive mindset development occurs through 14 years of established coaching methodology. You will learn to navigate tournament pressure with calculated confidence. Analyzing the final board state after a hard fought victory is always the most enjoyable part.
