About Ramiro
I’m a coach dedicated to helping people transform their bodies and lives through sustainable fitness and real-world habits. As a former college athlete who once weighed 330 pounds and brought myself down to 250 through structured training and disciplined nutrition, I understand both the physical and mental side of change. Since 2021, I’ve specialized in weight loss, muscle gain, corrective exercise, and training around chronic pain. My coaching focuses on proper movement, accountability, and education so clients don’t just see results — they learn how to maintain them for life.
