learning is a very traditional approach based on following a textbook with lecture--teacher fo used. If you were to see me today you would see a more student-centered approach with the teacher being a facilitator or coach. In addition, through facilitating rather than lecture, you would see more small group instruction that would allow for individualized support. This change has occurred due to my own desire to change and focused and sustained professional development over the years.
