About Soraya
I have been serving the community and those most vulnerable for more than 10 years. I am currently in my 5th year as an aftercare facilitator/tutor for an NGO, The Anna Foundation. I work with kids ages 6-16 years old on a farm in Paarl, Western Cape. I am a Consultant to a local Primary school for their Life skills program and assist teachers on request. The general well-being of especially children has always been something close to my heart.

Bringing fun into each lesson is my preferred way of tutoring. I am patient and struggling students will get loads of encouragement. Reading forms an important part of my lesson and builds confidence in poor readers. I am very adaptable and young and old are welcome. My tutoring style is multi layered and I will ensure that my student know; that they are more than just a report card.
