About Wren
I am a dedicated Biology instructor with 7 years of teaching experience and a BA in Biology. I am passionate about helping students understand life sciences in a clear and structured way. My teaching focuses on building strong foundations and connecting concepts step by step. I specialise in embryology and developmental biology, guiding students through how organisms grow and develop.
I use model organisms to explain complex processes in a simple and relatable manner. This helps students see how basic principles apply across different species. I place strong emphasis on cellular differentiation and how cells become specialised. I also teach the genetic control of development, showing how genes regulate growth and form.
My sessions are organised, interactive, and easy to follow. I break down difficult topics into smaller parts so students can learn with confidence. I support students with assignments, exam preparation, and concept clarity. I encourage questions and active participation in every session.

I also include AP Biology test preparation with a focus on experimental design data interpretation and free response question strategies.
I help students learn how to read questions carefully and answer with confidence. I break down complex topics into simple steps so they are easy to understand. Practice is a major part of my method. Students solve different types of questions to improve their thinking and problem solving skills.
I train students to analyse graphs experiments and real data effectively. I guide them on how to structure clear and strong answers in exams. Each session is focused on progress and measurable improvement. I provide dedicated support to learners who aim for high scores and strong performance.
