- I teach classic hatha and raja yoga starting from building up students' yoga identity rooted in yoga history and paralleled with modern psychology (Freud, Jung, Berne, Reich|Lowen, Grof) and life philosophy like stoicism
My lessons:
- start with meditations to tune in emotional and cognitive processes
- continue with body practices to redistribute energy and awareness across the body in a holistic manner with Reichian and holotropic psychosomatic practice of postures. We deeply examine several practices and practice known ones
- proceed to meditations on actual life problems to shift our view to a more strategical and less emotional one
- finish with pranayamas - breathing techniques to energize ourselves and return our will back to our current plans.
I offer yoga which is not a retreat form daily life, but a way to face our emotions and their roots in our lifeview (samskaras)
My classes are good for beginners in yoga, who want to change life with true esoteric practice. Its possible only for fit and open-minded, who are ready to accept this challenge. Best to start while aged 20 to 35.
