About Nahim Wasit
Hi! I’m a double major in English and Mathematics at Dalhousie University with over three years of tutoring experience in English, Math, Social Studies, and Science. I’m also TESOL certified, allowing me to effectively support English language learners.
In high school, I graduated in the top 5% of my class and received the Principal’s Sash for maintaining a 90+ average. I was also part of the school newspaper, where I developed strong writing and editing skills.
At university, I continue to excel in both writing and math-focused courses. I’ve helped students—from elementary to university level—gain confidence, improve grades, and master tough concepts through personalized, engaging lessons.
I speak English, Arabic, Bangla, Hindi, and Urdu, which helps me connect with a wide range of learners and explain ideas clearly in multiple languages.
