About Tyler
I am a college student, but that doesn't mean I don't have experience. I have taken 11 AP (Advanced Placement) courses during my High School years, with 6 of those being Social Studies or Social Sciences. I passed all of them, including United States History, United States Government & Politics, European History, Psychology, Macroeconomics, and Comparative Government & Politics. Not only that, but with 4 years of swim lesson experience across 2 different jobs, I know how to cater to students and understand what learning curves they may have and how to defeat them!

I teach with the student centered practice, meaning that lessons are catered directly towards you! I will also use both visual, auditory, and other techniques in order to make the topics make sense! I have tons of experience giving lessons through four years of being a swim coach, and I have the same knowledge and expertise in Social Studies! I am willing to tutor anyone in Middle School or High School, no matter what level of expertise they may currently hold. I do prefer that the Social Studies courses are within the History, Geography, Psychology, Government, or Sociology fields.
