About Coltan
After serving 8.5 years in the Navy, I decided to pursue a career in Veterinary Medicine. So far, I have completed 5 semesters of undergrad with a 4.0 GPA, and will be applying to a Veterinary Program this year. Being a former military member, I know what true professionalism is and you will receive nothing less when working with me.

-Biology and A&P is a lot of memorization, so I will apply techniques such as active recall to help solidify retention of material.
-Chemistry is all about repetition. I will help guide you through problems and then allow you time to practice on your own.
-What sets me apart from other tutors is my approach to learning. I have an ability to find practical ways of learning new material or streamlining/simplifying problem solving processes, which I can teach to you.
-My lessons would be perfect for college students taking prerequisite Biology, Chemistry, or A&P classes for Nursing, Veterinary, and Medical school programs.
