About Tsholofelo
My name is Tsholofelo. I recently matriculated, and I am currently a first-year university student pursuing a BA in Law, majoring in Law and Politics.
I am interested in tutoring History, Life Orientation and Geography because these are subjects I performed well in during matric, obtaining a distinction of 96% in History, Life Orientation of 93% and 86% in Geography. However, my interest in tutoring goes beyond my marks. I understand how challenging certain topics can be, and I would love to help learners understand their work better, develop effective study techniques, and approach their exams with confidence.
Although I am not studying Education, I believe that tutoring is also about patience, dedication, communication, and being able to explain concepts in a way that learners can understand. Having recently completed matric myself, I can relate to the pressure learners experience and share the strategies that helped me succeed.
My goal is not just to help learners improve their marks, but also to help them develop a genuine understanding of their subjects and realise their own potential. I would love the opportunity to support learners on their academic journey and help them achieve good grades!

Are you looking for a way to improve your performance in History and Geography? My tutoring sessions are designed to help you understand the work rather than simply memorise information.
In History, we focus on understanding events, analysing sources, developing strong arguments and learning how to structure answers effectively. In Geography, we work on understanding concepts, interpreting maps and graphs, practising calculations and answering exam questions with confidence.
My aim is to make difficult topics easier to understand, help you identify where you lose marks, and give you the skills to approach tests and exams more confidently. The sessions will be interactive, with explanations, practice questions and personalised guidance based on the areas you find challenging.
Whether your goal is to improve your marks, strengthen your understanding or work towards a distinction, I would love to help you get there. You can even try an introductory session to experience my teaching approach before deciding.
Let's work towards better understanding, greater confidence and improved results!
