About Sara
I'm currently a student at the University of Melbourne. I've studied biology non-stop from elementary school to the IB diploma till now. During this process, it equipped me with strategies to make the learning process more accessible and enjoyable for me, but also for others. I aim to create engaging, personalized lessons that match each student's learning style and goals. Making hard-to-read content into simple, day-to-day language for easy and better understanding of the content.

During lessons I tend to listen to the student's understanding of the knowledge first and then plan my teaching further upon that. I tend to let the student repeat what's being taught in their own words to consolidate their knowledge and to confirm that they've understood, teaching and listening with patience. Typically the lesson will last around 1-2 hours, depending on the amount of work that needs to be done. I've had tutoring experience for two years, aiming to teach elementary to middle school students.
