About Sai Sugand
Hello! My name is Sai Suganda Sutar, and I am a B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science graduate from the University of Delhi. Alongside my academic journey, I have completed formal personality development training and have been actively involved in teaching and mentoring activities.
I am passionate about helping students improve their reading, communication, and speaking skills because I believe these abilities play a crucial role in academic success, career growth, and personal confidence. My goal is to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, express themselves freely, and learn without fear of making mistakes.
I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit individual needs and learning goals. Whether someone wants to improve reading fluency, develop better comprehension, enhance communication skills, or gain confidence in speaking, I provide patient guidance and structured support throughout the learning process.

A typical session begins with an assessment of the student's current level, followed by guided reading exercises, comprehension activities, vocabulary building, speaking practice, and personalized feedback. For speed reading, I introduce practical techniques to improve reading efficiency while maintaining comprehension. For oral expression, I focus on pronunciation, clarity, confidence, and structured communication.
My classes are suitable for school students, college students, competitive exam aspirants, professionals, and anyone looking to improve their reading habits, communication skills, public speaking abilities, or overall confidence in English.
Having completed formal personality development training and participated in teaching initiatives, I understand that every learner progresses differently.
