I teach secondary school students and as a tutor, I always try to observe my student's weaknesses and strengths and also create a relationship with each student. This helps me to know my students, in order to help them do better academically. I also try not to mount too much pressure on my students. I believe that students can learn in a more happier environment, where they are allowed to express themselves properly. I believe that constant correction and exposure to topics would aid their understanding of various subjects.
