About Braian Ilan
My name is Braian Fink and I am passionate about sports science. I have a degree in Physical Activity and Sports, and I am currently studying a Master in Physical and Sports Performance at Pablo de Olavide University (Seville). I have been a personal trainer for more than 7 years, and I have worked with people with different types of goals, both aesthetic and sports performance. I consider myself a nice, sociable and cheerful person, who enjoys and tries to transmit his passion for sports.

My work is based on the most up-to-date scientific evidence on physical performance and fitness. First of all, it is necessary to establish clear objectives, both for performance and for aesthetics or body composition. Then, a process of adaptation and evaluation of physical condition and body composition will be carried out. I have the necessary technology to evaluate force (Encoder and jump platform), as well as photocells for those who want to improve their sports performance. I am also an ISAK Level 2 Anthropometrist, with published work on the assessment and improvement of body composition.
After the evaluation process, a specific program will be carried out for each person aimed at obtaining the stated objectives.
