I believe strongly in meeting children and families where they are in their educational journeys, and have had successful experiences implementing the Montessori method and other similar curriculums with students in the past.
The tutoring experience is a great opportunity for students to access one-on-one and/or small group attention that is typically unavailable in a standard school setting, and in order to make the most of this I take an individualized approach to teaching. Students will be able to give their input into the way that they learn and what they learn about in a collaborative effort to build the skills and knowledge that they need to succeed.
