About Vitalis

I'm a Mathematician at Brunel University London, in my second year of study.
I think Maths is Brilliant and perhaps the most concrete language us humans have come up with.
However Maths is based on Logic, which is both a mathematical and philosophical topic. I'm convinced that there's a layer beneath logic, perhaps our psyche, the pre-existing (due to evolution) interpretational structure that governs our use of 'Logic'; and that is still very far outside our reach.
In my view, Philosophy is fundamental to Maths, and Maths to Philosophy; although I wont be teaching any Philosophy unfortunately.

You tell me what level and exam board you're studying at, and I'll cater a lesson based on what you're struggling with.
I find that Pomodoro (25 minutes focussed work + 5 min breathe of fresh air break) works well for me, and there's no reason it should keep you chipper and fresh to absorb new knowledge.
Typical session length would be a focussed 30 min session, or a 1 hr session with a 5 minute break at 30 past; I'm willing to make up for lost time (if possible), although i stand by the idea that frequent breaks are a crucial part of staying focussed and getting more from studying.
I spent a year as a teaching assistant to first year computer science undergraduates, and one pupil (rightfully) called me the "Best Teaching Assistant".
My Lessons are for anyone studying Mathematics at the first year university level and below, which includes A-Level, GCSE and Primary School.
