About Emilee

It is very important to acknowledge history, so as not to repeat it. I have been in the history world for 5 years at this point, and am definitely knowledgeable about a lot of topics. Questions are the best thing a human could have, because it shows a desire to delve deeper into a topic. That's why I'm here: to answer your questions!

About the lesson

I like to teach using slide shows with lots of pictures that will catch students' attention. I have found that students are more willing to learn when they're being entertained rather than simply being talked at. However, I think it's important to establish a balance between entertainment and a desire to learn. I hope to reach this balance! My lessons are mainly for middle school or high school students that are struggling with memorization on nuance in certain historical topics.
