About Laura
I have a degree in Mathematics, I did a Master in Statistics and now I am studying a Master in Machine Learning. I worked for 12 years at the Catholic University in Chile and have been giving private lessons all my life. I love teaching and now I am developing an online project of personalized classes. I like to know my students, their goals, their fears and insecurities, as well as what they are passionate about and their ways of understanding and learning. I use a digital notebook that allows us to interact in real time, in addition to written classes, they are recorded and I usually complement when necessary, with my own material. One hour of class with me is enough to review the contents corresponding to a week of classes at the university, of a course. Thus, the minimum number of classes to prepare a university course will normally consist of between 12 and 16 hours depending on the student. Classes are dynamic, and my specialty is to eliminate the fear of mathematics from my students' heads
