About Maya
Hi! I'm Teacher Maya from the Philippines. I am currently studying Psychology as my undergraduate degree. I joined Superprof to grow my experience in teaching and do what I can to help others learn. My experience in teaching is limited, but I have been a teachers assistant in a local preschool for international students in my country. I look forward to connecting with you through lessons and hope to make learning fun!

I would say I have a relaxed and student-centered teaching style. Depending on my student and their needs, I would adjust my approach and lesson plan. I would love to connect with others through teaching. My mom was a preschool teacher so I've spent lots of time around teachers and kids, being a teachers assistant. My lessons would be in Basic English for any age. I would prefer to teach kids but I'm very flexible and open to anyone who needs my help!
