Hi! I'm a nursing student at the University of Texas at Austin and an International Baccalaureate graduate with a strong background in math, chemistry, and science. I'm currently a nursing student at the University of Texas at Austin and an International Baccalaureate graduate, so I know first hand what it's like to take challenging math and science classes! My goal is to make difficult concepts easier to understand by breaking them down into simple, manageable steps instead of just having students memorize formulas. A typical lesson starts by figuring out what the student already understands and where they're getting stuck. Then we'll work through examples together, practice similar problems, and go over any mistakes until the process makes sense. I also like to explain why each step works so students can solve new problems on their own. I'm patient, encouraging, and happy to adjust my teaching style to each student's needs. My lessons are best for elementary school, middle school, high school, and introductory college students taking math or chemistry courses. Whether you're preparing for a quiz, catching up in class, or getting ready for an exam, I'm here to help you build confidence and improve your understanding.
