About Ianon Maivrick
I'm an incoming BS Computer Science freshman student at University of the Philippines Cebu, who graduated with Highest Honors, gained the title of valedictorian, and recognized for excellence in Mathematics and Research (under Robotics and Intelligent Machines.) I've taught and mentored students struggling in STEM through Project TEACHING under my past school's organization Students and Youth for STEM Society (SYSTEMS), giving me real experience simplifying difficult concepts with patience and clarity. I'm reliable, well-prepared, and committed to helping every student build both math skills and confidence.

Greetings! I am Ianon, and I believe math is a lot more fun when it's not scary. I graduated with Highest Honors and earned recognitions in Mathematics and Research, but what I care about most is helping students actually get it — not just memorize steps.
Through my work mentoring students who were struggling in STEM, I learned how to slow down, explain things in a way that clicks, and be patient no matter how many times we need to go over something. I keep lessons upbeat and encouraging, because I know confidence matters just as much as the right answer. Whether you're working on your times tables or tackling your first algebra problems, I'm here to make sure you leave every session feeling a little more capable than when we started.
