About Hrishi
I am a second-year Aerospace Engineering student at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), maintaining a strong academic record with a 78.44 WAM (approximately 3.56 GPA). My passion for engineering is matched by a genuine enjoyment of breaking down complex ideas into concepts that are easy to understand and apply.
Having studied the International Baccalaureate in Singapore before commencing my degree at UNSW, I bring a rigorous, internationally-minded academic foundation to every session. My strongest results have come in core engineering and design units — including a 91% in Engineering Design I — reflecting both my technical ability and my systematic approach to problem-solving.
Beyond coursework, I have applied my skills in real project environments: designing aerodynamic morphing wing systems, developing autonomous rover prototypes, and completing a medical technology internship where I worked directly with SolidWorks and manufacturing processes. This practical experience allows me to ground abstract theory in real-world context — something students find immediately valuable.
I have supplemented my degree with external certifications through Georgia Tech and MIT, and I am currently completing qualifications in Computational Fluid Dynamics and SolidWorks.

My approach is simple: I explain concepts the way I wish someone had explained them to me — clearly, step by step, with real-world context that makes abstract ideas click.
Teaching Methodology
I start each session by identifying exactly where a student is struggling, then build understanding from the ground up rather than just drilling formulas. I use worked examples, visual diagrams, and engineering real-world analogies to make math and physics intuitive rather than intimidating.
Typical Lesson
Sessions run 60–90 minutes. The first portion revisits any previous material, the middle focuses on new concepts or problem-solving, and we finish with practice questions so you leave feeling confident, not confused.
Qualifications & Experience
I'm a second-year Aerospace Engineering student at UNSW with a 78.44 WAM.
