About Shannon
Im originally from South Africa and lived mainly in Tanzania. I qualified as a Montessori teacher nine years ago and have worked with children from 8 months to 10 years old. I have an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology in London. I've always wanted to be a teacher and to help the next generations grow into the best versions of themselves whilst having fun. I believe a child should have an individual learning plan and meet their needs based on their character and interests.
In my free time I enjoy yoga, travelling, hiking, cooking, embroidery, crochet and learning about nutrition.

Lessons will incorporate the Montessori method to nurture their growth while following the EYFS. Focussing on promoting independence, problem-solving, and curiosity. Lessons integrate practical life skills, math manipulations, and language tools to build confidence, focus, and lifelong learning. All lessons are adaptable to the child.
Lessons can be 30mins to 1 hours.
