About Jayden
I hold a Master of Teaching (Secondary) and Bachelor of Arts from Deakin University specializing in History Philosophy. I also undertook studies in TESOL, allowing me to support both native and non-native English speakers in developing confidence, fluency and academic communication skills.
Over the past 2.5 years, I have worked as a Casual Relief Teacher across a wide range of Melbourne schools, including Scotch College, Camberwell Grammar, Kingswood College, Carey Baptist Grammar School and Box Hill High School, among many others.
I have experience teaching students from diverse cultural backgrounds and with varied learning needs. I specialize in English and Humanities subjects (Years 7–12), including VCE preparation, essay writing, critical thinking and exam skills.
Alongside classroom teaching, I have extensive experience mentoring young people through music and youth programs, helping young people to grow creativity, personally and develop skills in self-expression.
