About Emma
I am a 3rd year student studying international hotel management. I am studying culinary as my main elective. I previously worked as a prep chef in a busy hotel kitchen before the pandemic and I can’t wait to get back into it !!

The easiest way to get someone to absorb what you teach them is to show them exactly how to do it first, then allow them to do it on their own while I stand back and watch. Learning from mistakes is the best way to improve and I will be there to help as much as I can without taking over completely
