About Barb
I’ve been in the fitness industry for many years teaching many types of fitness and then settling on the one I love the best, Hatha Yoga. I’ve taught this in a class environment for 15 years, adding Yin about 7 years ago. I have a very hands-on approach and now, having left that environment, would like to teach on a one-to-one basis. I bring with me my expertise of the human body and of people in general. I’m very hands-on and will listen to your needs each time we meet. I will travel to you if you are in or local to Brackley, or you can come to my studio.
