About Ze Hai
Hi there, I'm Ze, a passionate visual artist and story teller.
I've been working in games and film as an artist since 2004, initially starting as a 3D asset artist, creating models and textures.
Later I took more of an interest and training in 2D art, and began dedicating myself to concept art and illustration, which is what I've been working on mostly since 2014.
I've worked in a variety of project types and settings, having worked on AAA games, Film VFX, University and online schools, mobile games and individual commissions, I've also mastered a wide range of styles of art, ranging from photo realistic photo-bashed concept designs, to highly stylized painted illustrations to manga and cartoon style drawings.

I value the individuality of an artist the most, and always try to gauge a student's current skill level, personality, goals and challenges thoroughly first, then design a learning approach that will benefit them the most.
In terms of technique I can teach all aspects of art fundamentals and specific skills pertaining to working in video game, publishing and film.
I'm friendly, relaxed and positive, I want to make my classes not only educational but also motivational.
