About Ebbanoxiousness
I took my first lesson at eight in 1972. Classical conservatory classes, jazz labs, late-night band rehearsals, my own albums; every hour taught me what actually moves a player forward and what just wastes time. I’ve kept the gold, cut the filler, and turned it into short, high-octane online lessons that fit real life.

You won’t practice scales in a vacuum. I build touch, bend, vibrato, and legato so every note sings like a voice—then lock those moves into real musical phrases. Theory (scales, modes, chords, harmony, counterpoint) arrives while you play, not before. One motif becomes a melody, one melody becomes a theme-and-variations, one idea becomes a full piece—your piece. You learn exactly how to practice: 5-minute drills that kill plateaus, swap tension for flow, and replace ingrained bad habits with technique that feels natural.
You walk away each session with better timing, freer phrasing, and a head full of your own ideas. You’ll improvise without freezing, compose without second-guessing, and play for hours without fatigue. In weeks you’ll hear yourself think, “That sounds like music—my music.”
