About Lorie
Making music for 12 years has taught me that the hardest part is getting an idea to sound finished. It is a quiet truth that I still struggle with my own mixes some days. I am a self-taught producer with 9 years of independent releases behind me.
My approach is simple because I want to keep things chilled and positive throughout our time together. I have spent 12 years refining how to turn a spark into a record.
You deserve honest feedback on your work between our scheduled sessions. I care about the process of creation as much as the result.
Helping hobbyists and students find their sound is the best part of my week. My goal is to support career switchers and working musicians as they grow.

First sessions are for discovery. We get to work immediately.
You will find that I use my background as a self-taught producer to guide your signal flow and gain staging. We focus on sidechain compression and mixing vocals until the track sits perfectly.
You will learn to use audio effects creatively while keeping the arrangement tight. My background helps me teach reference mixing and synthesis without any unnecessary technical jargon.
We spend time on vocal production and tuning to ensure your project sounds professional and clean. Everything we do serves the song directly. You walk away with a clear plan. It feels like magic.
