I have not used Shanell for English lessons as English is my home language but I have dealt with her in other matters. Shanell is intelligent, pleasant to deal with, honest and driven to achieve good results. I do not hesitate recommending her to give English lessons as her communication skills make her a good teacher. She achieved a distinction for her most recent qualification in teaching English.

Shanell is very easy to communicate with. She makes it easy for a person to relate to her. She can carry a conversation very well and is a trustworthy person. She is very good with people of any age group and creates safe spaces when trying to communicate. She has a very good sense of any situation and can adapt and think on her feet

Shanell is a great teacher , she is patient, responsible and very caring. She puts in the extra work with her students to make sure they understand what’s needed. I definitely recommend Shanell 10/10
