About Mary Kay
I first joined the military as an insecure teen trying to lose weight and overcome years of disordered eating and mental health struggles. Through movement, I discovered strength, confidence, and healing — and it completely changed my life. Now, as a certified personal trainer and wellness coach, I help others build that same foundation of self-trust through mindful, sustainable training. My 40-minute sessions focus on balance, strength, and habit change — not perfection. My goal is to help you feel capable in your body and at peace in your process.
