I teach 20 minute to hour long lessons combining fitness, conversations about life and a listening ear.
My background is in sport throughout school, however, I have been on my own fitness journey for about 8 years now and I know how daunting it can be to start or to maintain a program! That's why I'm here to help!
Currently, my lessons are all online and can be tailored to suit your needs...this is all about you!
I have a certificate in Personal Training and I am currently in pursuit of a Life Coaching Certificate.
It is important for me to take a holistic approach with all clients!
