About Florence
I started yoga about twenty years ago. This way of working towards harmony has transformed my life. For a few years now I have been transmitting this art, a true philosophy of life in action. I learned from Indian masters who knew each in their own way to teach me the different components of a successful practice. To bring you this in my turn is a real happiness! I have exercised different professions in the past and today I devote all my energy to yoga and the support it allows. Yoga allows you to live better, to regain physical and emotional balance. And in addition its practice can be adapted to the greatest number, and thanks to my training and my experience I can guide you according to your weaknesses (back problem, hip, knees, cervical, pain, nervousness ...) without of course substitute for medical advice. Respect for self and others, non-violence and regular work are the essential bases that I teach in my lessons. I will be happy to accompany you too in the path of yoga!

Yoga is much more than super gymnastics, it is a philosophy of life in action that I suggest you share in conviviality and kindness. Postures, yogic breaths and guided meditation make up each session. I usually accompany the participants by showing and giving detailed explanations, correcting the posture if necessary. Always in kindness and good humor! The exercises are punctuated by remarks, concepts which explain the essential principles of Yoga, while remaining in a purely secular framework. You will quickly feel the benefits of regular practice, whatever your starting level, and even if you are not very flexible or athletic because the courses are accessible to the greatest number. The priority is the quality of a practice well done, not competition but a deep and rich work on oneself. As we are all different and affinities are personal, I suggest you try a course so that you can test for yourself! Namaste.

Florence m'a fait découvrir le yoga il y a plus de 10 ans, c'est une prof au top qui m'a donné envie d'avancer dans ma pratique.
Elle est enthousiaste, à l'écoute et s'adapte à la condition physique de chaque élève. Les cours se font donc toujours dans la bonne humeur et sont une vraie bouffée de bien-être.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!Florence est un excellent professeur, capable de s'adapter aux difficultés de chacun. Je pensais ne jamais pouvoir faire de Yoga du fait de mes problèmes de santé et du handicap qui en découle mais avec elle tout est possible ! Elle est à l'écoute, bienveillante et très compétente. J'ai commencé les cours il y a quelques mois et je reprends cette semaine après une pause estivale ! Et en plus de ses qualités professionnelles, c'est une personne très agréable et pleine de bonne humeur. Une superProf !
