About Zach
My name is Zachary Cohen. I'm a college student in UPenn Dental's 7-year Biodental Program on track to become a dentist. My strongest subjects are the STEM classes like math, biology, chemistry, and physics. Now, this may seem like I'm completely lying, but true to G-d, ever since 4th grade, I've never gotten below an A on a math or science test. I figured out what it takes to earn good grades early on and developed a system for making sure that I would keep getting good grades. It worked (even in my non-STEM classes). I graduated high school without ever having received below an A in any of my classes. I also got a 1570 on the SAT (on my first try). If you don't believe me, I'll send you proof. Succeeding in a math or science class can't be done just by understanding the content. It takes specific skills related to assignments and tests that most people don't know, nor ever learn. That's why so many people struggle in STEM classes. I was able to figure it out through a lot of trial and error, and it ended up paying off. I graduated high school with a 4.0, and made it into the 7-year track with UPenn's School of Dental Medicine to become a dentist. Others sometimes never figure it out. I'm willing to help teach my system for achieving amazing grades in MATH and SCIENCE to students in GRADES 2-8 because I feel like there is a bad stigma around STEM classes that I want to help fix.
