My philosophy is that there is always a way around any hurdle. I use person-centred care where the focus of guidance is unbiased, non-judgemental, and unique to the individuals personality and perception of situations. Even if you consider your hurdle to be 'trivial', everyone perceives and experiences these hurdles differently, therefore managing is also different for everyone. Lets work together and find out what works for you!
