About Yanelly
I’m a kinesiology student and passionate yoga instructor dedicated to helping others build strength, awareness, and confidence through movement. My background in human movement science allows me to design intentional, safe, and effective flows that support long-term mobility and injury prevention. I believe yoga is more than a workout — it’s a practice of coming home to your body and reconnecting with your inner balance.
