Over a decade ago I started my journey with self development through my own story, and my life changed forever!!!
When I started I discovered that we can do our best and still get results that’s are not beneficial for us because we don’t have the right tools or skills...
If we want to change we need to change our tools and skills

Did you know that only 3%- 5% is your conscious mind and 95%-97% is your subconscious mind which means the way you act is based on beliefs, experience and feeling you’re not aware of.
Also did you know that communication is 7% verbal and 93% non verbal????
With over a decade of experience I got to realization that what works the best is a combined method of working with the subconscious mind and mirroring work because our exterior world is a reflection of our internal world...
In my coaching I work with groups and individuals
The difference between a group to individual coaching is that When I go to group it’s usually by a subject that can help the group to achieve a team goal and when it’s individual I will build a custom made program based on the Coachee needs
I usually love to combine NLP and spiritual shadow/mirror work.
