About Pandurang
During my MTech at COEP, I gained hands-on teaching experience by assisting and mentoring BTech students in core computer science subjects.
I helped students understand concepts in Java programming, object-oriented programming, and problem-solving, and supported them through practical coding sessions and doubt-solving.
This experience helped me develop a clear and structured teaching approach, focusing on simplifying complex concepts and explaining them in a practical, easy-to-understand manner.
Along with my 4+ years of industry experience in backend development (Java, Spring Boot, databases, and system design), I bring a strong practical perspective to my teaching.

I am a Java Backend Developer with 4+ years of industry experience and an MTech from COEP. My teaching focuses on building strong programming fundamentals with a practical, industry-oriented approach.
