About Lea
I work as physiotherapist and i give lessons at home outside of my working hours.
I am trained in the Pilates method (level 1 and 2), the De Gasquet Yoga method (complete course) and the De Gasquet pre/post natal Yoga method.
I can combine Pilates and yoga during my classes.

Formed by DeGasquet, my course is a postural yoga course, it is suitable for all ages and a large number of pathologies.
This yoga is dynamic, the session is composed of balance work, overall strengthening, posture work, breathing and relaxation.
