About Charlotte
Have you ever felt like you can't do it all. The training, school, social interactions and family life. Well you aren't the only one, I have been there. Having someone to talk to who has been through these tough time in their life and discussing the challenges that young sports people face nowadays is key. Sessions will be a safe and fun place for to be yourself, while looking at training plans and tips to help manage the pressures that you face. I really look forward to working with you and hearing all about your sporting stories.

Sessions will vary from 45 minutes to an hour. Sessions will be engaging, hands on and suited to your needs. I am available to work with any aged children who are invested in their sport. The sessions will include goal setting, training plans, mental preparations and provide the children with a safe and comfortable place to discuss the challenges they face while competing in sport.
