About Ava
I'm an Energy Healer and Life Coach. I'm also an inventor with two Msc Degrees in Science and Math. My passion is teaching and helping people grow. I enjoy teaching and seeing my students learn and find pure joy in self development.

The lessons are about 40 minutes long. We start with some prep time and meditation at the beginning to relax the mind, and we go from there to design a structure for the class that works for you, that's tailored to your needs and preferences. Im a creative coach and use a very creative process that's intuitively designed based on each student to help them achieve success and a good emotional state throughout the creative process.
