Let me compare a learning process with football. You buy a book. You read the theory. You study all strategies and tactics of the rival. But until the day comes when you play the game, find out the hard way, learn from your own mistakes, to say you have learnt to play football is too early. In other words, a teacher-coach is going to guide you using various formal and informal techniques and methods.
As can be seen, the best friend of a learning process is practicing guided by the pedagogue.
