About Hiza
I’m an experienced primary school teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience, and I have a particular passion for helping children achieve their potential. I specialise in Year 6 and SATs preparation and have supported many pupils in achieving excellent results.
I teach because I genuinely enjoy seeing children grow in confidence and realise what they are capable of. I believe every child can make progress when they are given the right support, encouragement and teaching approach.
My lessons are friendly, engaging and tailored to each individual child. I aim to make learning enjoyable while ensuring pupils develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to succeed.

My lessons are engaging, supportive and tailored to each child’s individual needs. With over 10 years of primary teaching experience and a specialism in Year 6 SATs, I focus on building both knowledge and confidence.
Sessions are carefully planned to identify gaps in learning, strengthen key skills and challenge pupils to reach their full potential. I use a range of teaching strategies, practice questions and exam-style activities to ensure children understand the content and feel confident applying their knowledge independently.
Whether your child needs support with Maths, Reading, Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling, or is aiming for greater depth, lessons are personalised to suit their ability and goals.
My aim is for every child to leave each lesson feeling more confident, motivated and proud of their progress.

Absolutely fantastic tutor. My daughter’s confidence in Maths and Reading has improved so much since starting lessons. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in both her understanding and results. I would highly recommend her to any parent looking for an experienced and dedicated tutor.
