About Satyam
Having experience of 4 years in teaching I know my methods work and moreover I don't consider mugging up things as learning.
It's really better to understand things. Everything we learn is like filling our arsenal and using them whenever it's required. I feel teaching and learning both shouldn't feel like some kind of pressure, rather more like a clutter-free experience.

I prefer giving conceptual clarity and emphasis on learning to skill of understanding things and how to handle things under stress.
Memorization techniques like mind maps for quick revision and the art of making notes.
I believe in the concept that teaching should make you independent and not constantly dependent.
