About Roxie

Watching my own teacher navigate my impatience taught me that music is often just organised pattern recognition. I am direct when something is not working because quiet perseverance is rarely the best path forward. My Master of Music in Music Performance from the Royal College of Music informs how I break down complex concepts into manageable steps.

Most students arrive here convinced they cannot play, but they are usually wrong. I am here to prove you can do this.

About the lesson

Sometimes I admit that guitar mechanics feel awkward before they become fluid. We spend our time on power chords, music theory, ear training, and grade exam prep.

Reading sheet music and mastering improvisation or soloing are also core components of our work. We cover scales, modes, and chord transitions in every session to ensure steady progress. I provide a monthly recorded review of your progress to track your technical growth over time. Do you have a specific riff you are dying to master today?
